Joining Polar
Cover letter – tell us who you are and why you'd be a great fit. Portfolio – if you're applying for a creative role, we need to see your best work (real or spec projects both count, and if you were part of a team, point out what you were responsible for). CV – or a link to an up-to-date LinkedIn profile will do the trick.
If we're excited by your application, we'll invite you in for an informal interview. This is a chance to meet each other and feel the vibe. We'll chat experience, interests, goals and why you want in.
If the first interview goes well, we'll ask you back to meet some of the team. We may also throw a creative exercise at you, to see how you approach a brief. Then we'll get back to you within a week, with a phone call or email to let you know how you got on.
We don't work with recruiters, as we prefer to connect directly with potential new team members. So, if you work at a recruitment agency there's no point in getting in touch. Sorry.
