Just a few things: a signed scope, a deposit, and a clear line of communication. We’ll also need your trust (and a bit of excitement doesn’t hurt). After that, we’re off to the races.
50% upfront, and the rest in structured phases throughout the project. We work to a schedule, so payments align with time, not milestones. Keeps things simple, transparent, and fair for everyone.
Possibly. We’re always open to a good conversation. If there’s a great idea and clear ambition, we’ll try to find a way to help, even if it’s just pointing you in the right direction.

Process
All core work; strategy, design, development, and content is handled in-house by the Polar team. But when a project needs something beyond our discipline (like motion, 3D, PR, or digital marketing), we bring in trusted specialists we’ve worked with for years. These aren’t strangers, they’re part of our extended team, carefully chosen because they add serious value without compromising quality or flow.
That’s rare (and we mean rare), because we involve you early and often. But if something’s off, we’ll fix it. Revisions are part of the process and we never hit the activate button until you're proud to put your name on it.
You'll have your own dedicated Google Chat channel. Ask questions, send files, review conversations, have check-ins whenever you want.
Plenty. You’ll be involved at key moments, from early insight to strategic direction and creative feedback. We won’t spend the process just asking for feedback. We will build with you, not just for you.

We don’t just read the brief and nod along. We get in the room, meet your people, and ask the right questions. Our process starts with proper research: desktop, market, competitor, and cultural. But the magic happens in conversation. Whether it’s an in-person Icebreaker session or time spent with your team, we focus on understanding the nuances, the stuff you can’t always put into words.
Most of our branding projects take 6–10 weeks. We only work on a small number of projects at a time, which means you get our full focus, fast turnaround, and senior team attention throughout. We don’t drag things out, but we don’t rush the good stuff either. Quality needs space to breathe, and our process is built to deliver it.
