When they approached Polar, they had already invested in developing their identity and had a solid foundation in place. The logo mark showed promise, but the wider brand needed greater clarity, cohesion and flexibility to truly support the business at scale. The guidelines offered limited direction, the system lacked depth, and the overall expression wasn’t yet reflecting Velonetic’s position as a tech leader.

Rebuilding the Brand from the Inside Out
Our challenge was to keep the core logo mark intact while rebuilding the brand from the ground up. This meant auditing every element, redefining the mission, vision, and messaging, and creating a complete brand system that gave the marketing and sales teams the tools they needed to succeed.
The scope spanned colour, typography, layout systems, patterns, graphic devices, and tone of voice, transforming the brand into a flexible, enterprise‑level identity designed for every touchpoint. This wasn’t a cosmetic update. It was a strategic rebuild that created a brand capable of communicating leadership and driving engagement.

A Collaborative, People‑First Process
Velonetic’s marketing team was deeply involved throughout the process. We worked in close partnership with weekly check‑ins and high‑touch collaboration, ensuring the new system empowered rather than replaced the team. We also trained their in‑house designer on the new brand, reinforcing our belief that agencies and in‑house teams thrive best as partners, not competitors. By enabling the team, we built not only a brand but also internal capability and confidence.
