DishUp started with a simple but ambitious mission: make cooking exciting again. In a market dominated by subscription meal kits, they saw an opportunity to create something different — a supermarket-ready product that delivers fresh, pre-portioned ingredients and bold global flavours, without the commitment.

They needed a brand that could cut through in crowded aisles, inspire home cooks, and win the confidence of major retailers. That’s where we came in.

From the first spark of the idea to seeing DishUp in selected UK stores, we were there at every step. We helped shape their name, brand strategy, packaging, and online store, acting as a strategic and creative partner for the entire journey.

Our focus was clear: build a brand that blends premium quality with playful personality, giving shoppers a reason to pick up a kit, cook with confidence, and share the experience.

Designed to Stand Out

We crafted a brand identity that jumps off the shelf. Bright, characterful, and globally inspired. We built the packaging system, content library, menu concepts, and social activation, all designed to spark curiosity and drive purchase at the moment it matters: in the supermarket aisle.

Alongside the retail range, we helped shape, design, and launch DishUp’s direct-to-consumer line — a range of order-online spice kits supported by a fully-e-commerce website that extends the brand’s reach beyond the store.

Launching with Impact

With a fully realised brand and product range in hand, DishUp was ready to make its move into retail and D2C. The brand’s clarity and presence helped secure listings in selected UK stores while the new e-commerce platform created a fresh sales channel for customers nationwide. Both sides of the business now reinforce each other, building awareness and driving sales online and in-store.
