We’ve worked with the owners of Pontlands Park before, delivering transformative brand and digital work for one of their sister businesses. So when the time came to reimagine their flagship venue, they came to us to help define the next chapter.

Working with Polar is like pressing fast-forward. They took time to truly understand our business and delivered a new brand and website that have transformed how we present ourselves. We now have something we’re genuinely proud of, and most importantly, something that’s already delivering results.

A shift in perception
The venue had become visually disconnected from what it offered. While the customer experience continued to grow in quality, the outdated identity and underperforming website were holding it back. There was an opportunity to modernise the brand, reframe how and when people interact with the business, and attract a new audience across all times of day; from breakfast and brunch to hotel stays, weddings, dinner and events.














A strategic response
We worked closely with the Pontlands team to define a future-focused brand that would honour their history while confidently stepping forward.
A full Sprint process delivered a modern visual identity with subtle nods to the building’s architectural charm and heritage. The result is a brand that feels elevated, warm and considered, giving the venue the confidence it needed without alienating its existing customer base.





Capturing the moment
Working with our trusted photography and video partners, we commissioned and curated a rich collection of content that brings the venue’s atmosphere and offering to life. From hero visuals to ambient details, every piece was created to support the launch and give the team long-term brand assets.
We also led the design and creative direction of internal print materials, including menus, literature and signage, ensuring the brand is consistently expressed throughout the physical experience.



The digital experience
We designed and built a lightning-fast, fully responsive website in Webflow. Designed to streamline user journeys and increase conversions, the new site brings the Pontlands experience to life online and offers far more control and flexibility for the internal team.






The Results
Since its launch, the business has seen a significant uplift in website traffic, stronger retention, longer session times, and a clear increase in enquiries across weddings, stays, and dining. Just as importantly, the rebrand has brought renewed confidence and clarity to the internal team, now reflecting the business they know and love and providing a foundation for future growth.
