Sagic has been serving families, businesses, and church organisations with general insurance products since 1909. Deeply connected to The Salvation Army, they have always operated with integrity and a commitment to uplifting communities. But their existing brand no longer reflected the warmth, empathy, and contemporary standards expected by today’s customers. They needed a brand and website that honoured their legacy while positioning them for the future.

Realigning Brand and Values

From our first conversations, it was clear that Sagic’s values were their greatest strength. They are an ethical insurance partner with a human touch, but their brand wasn’t communicating this in a way that would build confidence and attract modern customers. Our goal was to create an identity that combined tradition with relevance, giving Sagic the tools to connect with their audience and stand out in a competitive market.

THE PROCESS

Crafting a Distinctive Identity

Working closely with the Sagic team, we created a refreshed identity rooted in connection and trust. A custom logomark with unique ligatures reflects unity and approachability. The colour palette blends heritage with modernity, complementing The Salvation Army’s iconic red. A heritage stamp, inspired by elements from the original 1909 crest, celebrates Sagic’s long-standing legacy while supporting the shift to a contemporary look. Alongside the identity, we delivered a modern, user‑friendly website designed to bring the new brand to life online.

Launching with Confidence

The new brand system was created to roll out seamlessly across all touchpoints. With a clear narrative and cohesive design, Sagic now has the confidence to communicate who they are with consistency and warmth. Our ongoing partnership includes brand activation and monthly design support, ensuring every piece of communication reinforces their ethical promise and modern presence.

Since the launch, Sagic has experienced a clear uplift in how they are perceived by both existing and prospective clients. Their refreshed identity and website have strengthened credibility, modernised their market presence, and created a platform for continued growth. By aligning their brand with their values and history, Sagic now engages their audience with clarity and confidence, turning heritage into a commercial advantage.
